Location: the hotel was not far from casinos, Boston, beaches and restaurants, Smithfield and restaurants. Ate at Pick Pockets, it's at a moderate distance from the venue.

I stayed at Home2 Suites for 3 nights during a business trip. The customer service from Ron at the front desk was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was polite and friendly, including the overnight shift staffer. They even provided a breakfast bag since the breakfast bar was closed. The hotel is brand new, clean, and the room was spacious with a well-stocked kitchen area.

I do recommend this hotel.

I got great value for my money at Home2 Suites! The room was spotless and the location was excellent. The staff treated me with utmost professionalism and kindness.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by using different tongs for different food items.

Breakfast with sausage and bacon, for instance. Well-equipped rooms with sofa bed, the shower and the sofa couch, pleasant stay!

Its location is unbeatable just next door to Smithfield and Lincoln Woods State Park.

The staff at Home2 Suites By Hilton was fantastic! They were extremely helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They even took the time to show us how to use the Hilton Honors app and answer all of our questions. The breakfast options were excellent, with plenty of choices like waffles and eggs. We also loved the sitting and social areas around the hotel, especially the fire pit which was a big hit with our group. The hotel's pet-friendly policy made it possible for us to bring our large dog, and the dog park on the premises was a great convenience. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and glass showers. We had a great experience and will definitely stay here again!

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The elevator ding was quite loud, which caused some annoyance for my colleagues who had rooms close to the elevator.

The location was favourable, next to Newport, casinos, Boston, beaches and restaurants, and Smithfield. Also, the hotel was 3 miles away from Mowry Conservation Area. The room was large with private bathroom.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to accommodate us when there was a booking mix-up. The hotel had a stylish and modern look and feel. The breakfast options were unique and delicious. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient for me and parking was easy. the hotel facilities were top-notch.
